marvelous edges
carve blue
endless foundations
as forests dapple
its sloping face
lined with waterfalls
finding hidden
crevices to pour
their contents of
winter’s melt
feeding entire
grasslands below
where fields
are tilled
year round
for their
bounties provide
food and housing
as that person
enjoys the many
sights around
