Walk

Standard

the rolling feet
begins with a heel
barely making contact
with the surface underneath
angled in position
lowering the bridge of stability
producing maximum support
broad in surface area
balancing the body
as the other
peels away to the toe
soon to be lifted
across the stable leg
a bodies width further
touching heal first
upon the ground
for the rolling feet
in succession
evolve into steps
progressing movement
through time and distance
leaving behind
the legacy of this walk
