You all talk about how technology is the biggest help to our society.

Seriously, I think personal hygiene was.

Imagine living with the barn animals to stay warm

Or

Dumping your chamber pots out the window

Or

During a blizzard or heavy rain having to use an outhouse, worse yet the forest basin

Or

swimming in the ocean, seriously the polar bear plunge just to rinse off

Or

A time without toothbrushes

Or

Leaves as TP

Or

No soap to clean wounds

So as we all complain the internet is down

Just remember you only flush and wash your hands with soap and water after going to the toilet these days
