a feeling

that is

somewhat two sided 

for when 

one world

became lost 

friends went

along with it

though the

up and downs

weighed didn’t 

seem to balance 

very correctly

so finding

ways to give

compassion though

nothing is the same

part of me

forgiving and gullible 

will always love

while the other

part says

what the heck

remembering tribulations 

infinite trials

challenges galore 

remind oneself 

of choices

that reciprocal 

feelings occur

and acknowledgement
